Pressure Canner publishes independent buying guides and how-to articles about pressure canners and home canning (stovetop and electric canners, canning supplies, USDA-tested pressure canning recipes). We write for people who want to buy once and buy right, without wading through hype.

What we do

Every guide starts with the questions real buyers ask. We compare manufacturer specifications, manuals and published standards, look for patterns in owner feedback, and turn it into clear recommendations for specific needs and budgets.

What we don't do
